Our tribute to a great British tradition. Earl grey infused sponge cake layered with creamy, tangy raspberry and lemon zest filling, delicately finished with macarons and raspberries.

Sizes and portions:
Slicing your cake is completely up to you! Here's an approximate guide on slice portions:

• Intimate (4"): around 4 generous portions.
• Small (6"): around 10 generous portions, or around 20 party style portions.
• Medium (8"): around 15 generous portions, or around 30 party style portions.
